Founded in 2015, Hillsdale High School's robotics team embarked on their FIRST journey. "FIRST a global leader in youth robotics, offering hands-on STEM education that fosters innovation and confidence." From a modest start in a vacant administrative building, the then "Robohornets" became rebranded as "The HEROES" in 2017 and moved into to our current shop with world class tools. We have had a team since 2015 and consistently compete at high level. In 2019 we qualified for the World Championship. Our team usually consists of 10-20 students and is lead by 2-3 mentors including alumni team members. Though our town, budget, and team may be small, our impact is significant!
